Traditionally, library systems have only been accessible to highly trained librarians, familiar with the arcane runes of boolean search queries.
Using our technology, with natural language queries, relevance ranked results lists, and summarised documents, a library system can become accessible to all users. This is primarily because we believe the computer should have to adapt to the human user's needs - not the other way round!
In fact, our technology was exhibited by IBM as part of their Digitial Library initiative.
