Our multi-lingual APIs can be called from C, C++, Delphi, Perl, Ada, etc. The summariser is fast, so hundreds of thousands of emails can be handled per day on even a modest PC.
AutoAnswer is capable of answering high volume SMS messages and emails on routine enquiries, such as those handled by a help desk. Automating operations saves time, staff and money. AutoAnswer operates by reading an SMS text message or email, then generating a reply, along with a confidence level, and an indication of whether or not the message should be reviewed by a human operator.
Using a model answer knowledge base (which is easy to develop) AutoAnswer responds to questions. If it is unsure of the correct response, the message is elevated to a human operator. In addition to generating a reply, it can also flag up actions according to the content of the message: for example, enquiries about a product could be automatically forwarded to marketing.
