Hi Phillip
I've attached some directions to our offices, I guess it's going to be about a 2-3 hour drive for you depending on road conditions. I've re-arranged my visit for earlier in the day so I can be back for 11:00am, don't worry if you arrive earlier than this I'll make sure Roger or Joanna look after you.
I was thinking about your company becoming an Agent, we offer discounts to agents and don't expect you to commit to anything, so if you have any customers that you think might be interested then you should consider signing-up. I've attached the Agent Agreement for you to look at. Perhaps we can discuss this next week as well.
I look forward to seeing you again next week, call if you need anything.
Regards
Andrew Lea

| Subject: Mars Symposium |
Hi everyone
I'm sending you this message because you've either been involved with the Mars Events Society, or you're interested in space in some way, and I want to make sure you know about what's coming up.
We are having our first Mars Symposium in a couple of weeks time. We will have a number of high profile speakers who will be talking about Mars Exploration and life on Mars, with the latest news but speaking at a level that anybody should be able to understand.
It will be a lot of fun, and I must say the speakers are quite exciting. You'll also hear about the latest projects that we are embarking on.
I've attached some details - actually the advert in New Scientist. I hope you can come. If you want to find out more, drop me a line or give me a call.
Best Regards,
Simon Griffiths Mars Events Society |

| Subject: Re: Ethical mortgage enquiry |
yes this is broadly true. the most 'ethical' provider is the ecology building society, but you could consider true building societies if you want more flexibility. Building societies are required by law to put at least two thirds of their money in residential property so you know where most of it is going. the ecology will reuire you to complete a questionnaire stating how you will make your property greener but you can have a free energy survey at the same time. let me know if you want to discuss this further and I'll refer you on to one of our mortgage specialists.

I hope you get this in time, as your secretary doesn't know where you are, and your mobile phone is switched off.
Sorry this is such short notice Julie, but I can't make the lunchtime meeting. Something urgent has come up. Can we re-arrange for this afternoon?
Sorry again, Michael
