Open Question is a system designed for computer based training, and any situation where the system needs to understand free format input. For example, rather than giving a number of fixed multiple-choice answers to the question "What drug is used to treat such-and-such?", Open Question cam be used to understand free text input. It is able to understand a large sub-set of English or most other languages.
